Welcome to David and Karen's Joint Venture. Karen is camera shy, so all you get is my picture. We are residential and commercial general contractors who specialize in all home improvements. From design to finsished product, WE DO ALL MAJOR RENOVATIONS and guarantee our work. We renovate kitchens, baths, and basements, as well as build additions and whole house renovations. We do extensive renovations such as adding floors, moving walls, and changing ceiling and roof lines and more general work such as updating interioirs and exteriors.
